WHAT DOES MY LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE COVER? 

The Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers the workmanship of any OSC Cross product. This includes, but is not limited to, zippers, clasps, stitching, and buttons. Please note that the Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to any defects caused as a result of misuse, accidental circumstances or long-term wear. 

In the case of a Limited Lifetime Guarantee repair, please bring your garment to your authorized OSC Cross dealer for processing, or if you have made an online purchase, please email inquiries@osccross.com with the subject line “OSCCross.com – Warranty Request”. A representative will respond within 2 business days.

Please include the following information: Name, contact name, contact phone number, shipping address, photos of the repair, colour and size of garment, style name, and date and location of original purchase.

 

CAN YOU HELP ME REPAIR MY COAT? 

In the case of repairs related to normal wear-and-tear or other mishaps (afterall, life happens) outside our Limited Lifetime Guarantee, we’d be happy to perform any possible repairs at a reasonable fee. Please email us at inquiries@osccross.com with details and a representative will respond within 2 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we currently ship to any country in the world and offer exchanges to orders in Canada, U.S., and in the E.U..

 

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

To make an exchange with OSC Cross, you must create a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To process your return and receive an RA number please email us at inquiries@osccross.com  with the subject line “OSCCross.com – Exchange”.

Please include the following information: Name, contact name, contact phone number, shipping address, colour and size of garment, style name, and date and location of original purchase.

 

DO I PAY SHIPPING FOR MY exchanged ITEMS?

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us. We will not accept any collect shipments. The cost of shipment of your exchanged item back to you will be paid for by OSC Cross for Canadian orders.

 

WHEN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE, WILL THE ITEM BE HELD FOR ME?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold items, we cannot guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item for extended periods. We suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY exchange TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 7 business days.
