We are happy to provide you with an exchange should you change your mind about your purchase. You may send your goods back to us within 30 days of receiving a RA number. Products must be in condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
All exchanges must have a return label on the package with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To process your exchange and/or receive a RA number, please contact us at email@example.com with a note about the reason for your exchange, and your option of an item for exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back items.
Once a RA number is processed, please ship out your item at the earliest availability to ensure efficient processing. Your item should be sent within 3 days of the RA being generated.
Exchanged items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed.
No refunds. Please note items bought on sale or discounted prices are final sale.
US and International Orders
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for goods shipped out of Canada. Please be aware of this when ordering. Therefore, any orders going to the US or International are considered Final Sale.
