All domestic orders are shipped by Purolator. Upon placement of your order, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Domestic shipping within Canada is free of charge. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us.
Canada: Purolator Ground service – 2 to 5 business days (free)
United States: Canada Post Expedited Parcel – 4 to 10 business days ($35 CAD - parkas, $15 CAD - accessories). *Brokerage and Duty charges (if any) will be the responsibility of the Customer/Receiver.
International (except Japan): Canada Post, International Parcel Air ($85 CAD - parkas, $25 CAD - accessories) *Brokerage and Duty charges (if any) will be the responsibility of the Customer/Receiver.
Japan: Canada Post, International Parcel Air ($125 CAD - parkas, $35 CAD - accessories) *Brokerage and Duty charges (if any) will be the responsibility of the Customer/Receiver.
All international packages will be shipped by Canada Post unless otherwise requested.

In the unlikely case of an item running out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card account within 4 business days. In the rare instance that we are unable to ship your order, you will receive a notification and a full refund.
We are happy to provide customers in Canada, U.S.A., and countries in the European Union with an exchange should you change your mind about your purchase. You may send your goods back to us within 15 days of receipt with a RA number. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All other international orders are subject to return shipping costs.
All returns must have a return label on the package with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To process your exchange/store credit and/or receive an RA number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a note about the reason for your exchange, and your option of an item for exchange or a store credit and we will do our best to accommodate requests. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back items.
Once a RA is processed, please ship out your item at the earliest availability to ensure efficient processing. Your item should be sent within 3 days of the RA being generated. International packages must be received within 3 weeks of the date the RA was created.
Exchanged items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note items bought on sale or discounted prices are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges. The cost of shipment of your exchanged item back to you will be paid for by OSC Cross for Canadian orders only.
Please allow 7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on shipped items.
