DOMESTIC + INTERNATIONAL Shipping 

 

Canada: Purolator Ground service – 2 to 5 business days (FREE) *

* Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. (You will be contacted and advised if this is the case.)

All domestic orders are shipped by Purolator. Upon placement of your order, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Domestic shipping within Canada is free of charge. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us.


United States: Canada Post Expedited Parcel – usually 4 to 10 business days ($35) due to changing export policies there may be some delays with shipments which are out of our control. Please be aware of this as we cannot guarantee a timely shipment. **

International: For orders outside Canada and US, please email us at inquiries@osccross.com with details about the product(s) that you want to purchase. Please include your mailing address and contact information (phone number + email) and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you with your shipping options, final estimated cost and instructions on how to complete your order within 1-2 days. **

please note that tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility after an order is shipped from OSC Cross.
You will be sent an email with the tracking number of your order. In the unlikely case of an item running out of stock before your order is processed, you will be contacted by email.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

Canadian Orders: We are happy to provide you with an exchange should you change your mind about your purchase. You may send your goods back to us within 30 days of receiving a RA number. Products must be in condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

All returns must have a return label on the package with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To process your exchange and/or receive a RA number, please contact us at inquiries@osccross.com with a note about the reason for your exchange, and your option of an item for exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back items. 

Once a RA number is processed, please ship out your item at the earliest availability to ensure efficient processing. Your item should be sent within 3 days of the RA being generated.

Exchanged items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note items bought on sale or discounted prices are final sale.

Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed. Thank you!


United states + International Orders

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for goods shipped out of Canada.  Please be aware of this when ordering.  Therefore, any orders going to the US or International are considered Final Sale.

 

 

LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE

 

The Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers the workmanship of any OSC Cross product. This includes, but is not limited to zippers, clasps, stitching and buttons. Please note that the Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to any defects caused as a result of misuse, accidental circumstances or long-term wear.

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

To make an exchange with OSC Cross, you must create a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To process your return and receive an RA number please email us at inquiries@osccross.com  with the subject line “OSCCross.com – Exchange”.

Please include the following information: Name, contact phone number, online order number and what you would like to exchange for.

 

DO I PAY SHIPPING FOR MY exchanged ITEMS?

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us. We will not accept any collect shipments. The cost of shipment of your exchanged item back to you will be paid for by OSC Cross for Canadian orders.

 

WHEN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE, WILL THE ITEM BE HELD FOR ME?

When your exchange is finalized, we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold items, we cannot guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item for extended periods. We suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY exchange TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 3 business days.

 

WHAT DOES MY LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE COVER?

CAN YOU HELP ME REPAIR MY COAT? 

In the case of repairs related to normal wear-and-tear or other mishaps (after all, life happens) outside our Limited Lifetime Guarantee, we’d be happy to perform any possible repairs at a reasonable fee. Please email us at inquiries@osccross.com with details and a representative will respond within 2 business days.
